The push for the American Graduation Initiative and the subsequent $2 billion for dislocated worker training may be over, but there are a few issues that community colleges hope Congress will address before its fall recess, mainly tax policies that benefit students and colleges and the reauthorization of the nation’s main workforce training legislation.
